One-Pan Honey Glazed Salmon & Shrimp with Garlic Butter Rice
Indulge in this flavorful seafood delight—**tender honey-glazed salmon and juicy shrimp** served over a bed of buttery garlic rice!
**Ingredients:**
**For the Salmon & Shrimp:**
2 salmon fillets
12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 lemon, sliced
**For the Rice:**
1 cup jasmine rice
2 cups chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
**Instructions:**
**Marinate the Salmon & Shrimp:**
– Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper in a bowl.
– Coat the salmon & shrimp with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
**Cook the Garlic Butter Rice:**
– Melt butter in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
– Add rice and chicken broth, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until fluffy.
**Sear the Salmon & Shrimp:**
– Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
– Cook salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes per side until caramelized.
– Remove and cook shrimp in the same pan for 2 minutes per side.
**Assemble & Serve:**
